Our Team

Connie has been in the insurance industry since 1996 and began her career with Braddy Insurance in 1998. She has served as office manager for many of these years . Licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health, Connie has both the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Connie also completed the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of South Carolina Executive Leadership program in 2013. In May of 2019 she was named Vice President of Operations. In addition to managing the day-to-day operation, some of her duties include serving as claims liaison and accounting.

Connie graduated from Dillon High School in 1995 and then earned her Business Administration Degree from Northeastern Technical College. She believes that the clients of Braddy Insurance are its heartbeat and feels most accomplished in her career when she has been able to help them understand the claim process. The most rewarding part of her day is helping a client pick up the pieces after a loss.

Danielle is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has been in the insurance industry since 2000. She joined Braddy Insurance in 2003 as a Personal Lines Advisor, then transitioned into Commercial Lines in 2015. She became Vice President of the Company in 2019. Danielle holds licenses in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health. She has her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and she has served on several technology advisory groups for different companies.

Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, reading, camping & gardening.

Heather has been a licensed agent since 2006 and has been with our agency since 2014. Heather obtained her CISR Designation in 2017. She started in the insurance industry as a receptionist and eventually obtained her Property & Casualty license while working for an agent in Florence, SC. She is primarily responsible for quoting new business and re-marketing.

Jennifer has been with Braddy Insurance since 2003. She started as the receptionist and quickly progressed to assisting agents with processing and customer service. She still receives our clients and greets our callers with a willingness to help. If she cannot help you, she will put you in touch with the team member best-suited to your needs.

John began his career with Braddy Insurance in 1977, following in his grandfather and father’s footsteps. For many years he has been actively involved with the Independent Insurance Agents Association on the state and national level. He is a Past-President of the Independent Agents and Brokers of SC and represented SC on the Board of the Independent Agents and Brokers of America. He also served on the National Trusted Choice Board of Directors and the Agents Council for Technology (ACT). John also represented the insurance industry for a number of years on the State of South Carolina Website Oversite Committee. He has taught numerous insurance courses throughout the state over the years and served on several insurance company advisory boards. In addition to his work in the insurance industry, John served as a Dillon City Councilman for 14 years and is currently on the Board of Trustees for McLeod Health, a large nonprofit healthcare organization encompassing seven hospitals and numerous physician practices where he has served as Chairman of the Board for the last two years.

Ashley Haselden is from Latta, SC. She joined our team in October 2019 as our receptionist, assisted with personal and commercial lines processing, billing, and data entry. Ashley obtained her Property & Casualty license in July 2022 and was promoted to Personal Insurance Advisor.
